We’re pleased to introduce an update that allows the master account holder to log in to any email address under their account, as well as reset passwords for those email addresses.
To get started, make sure you have selected the correct domain (if you have multiple) for the email address you wish to manage:

Click the “Switch Account” dropdown.

Select the domain you want to modify.
Do not click “Open Web Portal” — this isn’t needed for this process.

Once selected, the page will reload and display all email addresses for that domain. To change a password, simply click “Reset” next to the email address you want to update. A new box will appear below—enter your new chosen password and then click “Update” to save the change.
