We’re pleased to offer the ability to create sub-users within the Eclipse1 Portal.
In the navigation menu, you’ll see an option called “Manage Accounts”.
Important: This option is only visible if you’re logged in as the master account.
If you’re logged in as a sub-account, you will not see this option unless your sub-account has admin permissions.

Within the Sub-Accounts area, you can create a new user and assign them a role:

Can log in and access email accounts

Can view and manage domain settings

Admin
-
Can log in and access email accounts

Can create and manage email accounts

Can manage domains
-
Can update domain records

Once the user has been created, simply click “Send Reset Link” so they can set their password.
