To log in to the My Eclipse Portal, you will need either your current login credentials or the master email address associated with your account.
First, go to: https://my.eclipse1.co.uk/
Enter your details. Your username will always be your account number, which typically starts with “EB” for example, EB-12345 - followed by your password.
If this is your first time logging in, you will have received a text message, email, or letter containing your default login credentials.
