Step-by-step fix

In Eclipse Web Portal, go to DNS Management

Confirm:

@(root) A record points to the correct server IP -
wwwpoints correctly (A record to the same IP or CNAME to root)

Confirm your registrar is using the correct Eclipse nameservers

Confirm the domain is active (not expired)

If DNS is correct and it still fails:

Check if your website loads via the server temporary URL (if applicable)
