Follow these steps to connect to your server using FileZilla:
1. Install FileZilla
If you haven’t already:

Download FileZilla Client from the official website

Install and open the program
2. Gather Your FTP Login Details
You will need the information from the FTP Accounts section:

Host: Your domain name or server hostname (example:
ftp.yourdomain.com) -
Username: The exact FTP username you created
-
Password: The password for that FTP account
-
Port: Usually 21
Tip: You can click Configure FTP Client in cPanel for quick access to these settings.
3. Quick Connect Method
If you want a fast connection:

Enter the details into the top Quickconnect bar:

Host
-
Username
-
Password
-
Port
-
-
Click Quickconnect
You should now see your server files on the right side of FileZilla.
4. Site Manager Method (Recommended)
This saves your details for future use:

Click File → Site Manager

Click New Site and name it something you’ll recognise

Fill in these details:

Host: Your FTP host
-
Protocol: FTP – File Transfer Protocol

Encryption: Use explicit FTP over TLS if available (more secure)

Logon Type: Normal
-
User: Your FTP username
-
Password: Your FTP password
-

Click Connect
After a moment, your server file list will appear on the right.
5. Transferring Files

Left side: Your local files

Right side: Server files
-
Drag and drop files between them to upload or download
Troubleshooting Tips
