Email headers contain technical delivery information used to diagnose spam and delivery problems.

How to view headers

  • Open the email

  • Select View Headers, View Source, or Message Details

Key things to look for

  • SPF: pass or fail

  • DKIM: pass or fail

  • DMARC: pass or fail

  • Receiving mail server comments

SPF fail Sending server not authorised
