We’re pleased to introduce an update that allows the master account holder to log in to any email address under their account, as well as reset passwords for those email addresses.
To get started, make sure you have selected the correct domain (if you have multiple) for the email address you wish to manage:

Click the “Switch Account” dropdown.

Select the domain you want to modify.
Do not click “Open Web Portal” — this isn’t needed for this process.
Once selected, the page will reload and display all email addresses for that domain. Simply click “Login” next to the email you want to access. A new window will open, taking you directly to the Webmail portal.
